If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the last item in your order.
If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

Before your order ships, you may request to cancel it.
After delivery, you may return eligible items within the 14-day withdrawal period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our returns portal at https://account.project321.com — sign in with your email and the verification code we send you, then select the order and submit your request.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earliest.

No restocking fee is charged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-built or personalized items (e.g., custom wheelsets / made-to-order components).
